       I was born in Chicago.  At the age of three, I convinced my parents that Colorado was the place to be.  I must have been right because I have lived here ever since!
        I am a retired police officer and the former team tailor for the Denver Nuggets, Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and the Colorado Avalanche.  Yes, I have two Stanley Cup rings.  I have been a radio and TV talk show host.
        I started playing the drums on January 15, 1973 when I saw Elvis on TV.  My mom made me watch.  Funny thing was I only noticed the man sitting behind Elvis - his drummer, Ronnie Tutt.  He looked like he was having so much fun and I thought, "Hey maybe I can do that for a living when I get older."  I actually wrote to Ronnie when I was in junior high for a school assignment and....he wrote back.  He sent me his back-stage pass from the 1977 Elvis World Tour.  I have it framed and in my office.  I also have several of his drumsticks and was fortune enough to meet Ronnie at a Neil Diamond concert at McNichols Sports Arena when he invited me backstage.  We have kept in touch all these years.
        In 2010, I met a wonderful singer and actress, Kimberlee Stiles.  Our first date was in Morrison, Colorado on October 9th.  I remember those things especially since it was my last first kiss and she is now my wife. We talked about our passion for music and God and thought, maybe we could combine the two and put together a Contemporary Christian Band.  Our vision was to build a band that was musically tight and visually exciting. It took us a few years but here we are! We created “RENEWED”
       RENEWED released our first single in April of 2009, ANGELS AMONG US.
